Folsom, CA– August 15, 2023 – Visionary Integration Professionals (VIP) is proud to announce a partnership with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS), Division of Senior and Disability Services (DSDS) to develop and deploy a new Medicaid case management system (ECMS). This innovative system will revolutionize the administration of Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) programs across the state of Missouri.
With a current population of over 65,000 participants, DSDS provides essential living assistance services that enable residents to maintain their independence and stay within the comfort of their homes and communities instead of entering nursing facilities. The introduction of the ECMS will streamline and enhance the delivery of these vital services, ensuring an improved quality of life for Missouri’s aging and disabled population.
“We are honored to partner with the Missouri DSDS in deploying the Medicaid case management system for Home and Community-Based Services programs, said VIP CEO Jonna Ward. “This innovative solution will empower the department to deliver personalized care efficiently and effectively to thousands of participants across the state. Through our collaboration, we aim to enhance the lives of Missouri’s aging and disabled population, enabling them to thrive in their homes and communities.”
The ECMS system will offer end-to-end case tracking for both Medicaid State Plan (MSP) Services and Waiver programs. This new system will include seamless participant assessments, personalized service plans, integrated data tracking, an online portal, as well as advanced analytics.
