VIP’s Commitment to Quality Service and Community Support
Creating a culture of giving back
At VIP, we are thankful for the communities that support us and strive to give back to them tenfold. To do this, we have created a variety of pf scholarships which advocate and endorse our company values. Women in Technology Scholarship (WITS) Program
VIP is proud to offer an annual Women in Technology Scholarship (WITS) for college-bound women pursuing a career in information technology or another related field. Designed to provide qualified candidates with financial support, the WITS program offers multiple scholarships of up to $2,500 per recipient. To date, the program has awarded aid to more than 125 women across the United States. Applications are now being accepted for our 2020 WITS program, and can be downloaded here.
Junior Achievement (JA)
VIP works with JA’s to help fund their financial literacy, workforce readiness, and entrepreneurship programs which are delivered to students in grades K-12 by both corporate and community volunteers. VIP CEO Jonna Ward has hosted Junior Achievement’s (JA’s) annual Cheers for Children summer charity event at her home for seven consecutive years. We are proud to note that several VIP employees have also volunteered to teach business readiness classes to at-risk youth over the years.
