The Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and Project Management Professional (PMP)

Achievement by VIP: The PMBOK forms the basis of all VIP project work plans and deliverables. Of particular note, 90% of VIP project managers have achieved PMP certification. VIP consultants lead activities within local PMI organizations. As an example, VIP has been responsible for publishing the monthly Sacramento Valley Chapter newsletter as well as coordinating the monthly speakers for the PMI Government Forum.
