FOLSOM, CA – April 22, 2020 – Visionary Integration Professionals (VIP) today announced that it has partnered with the City of Sacramento to design and implement Salesforce as the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution for their 311 service. The City launched the new platform last week. CRM is very important for all businesses as they need to be on top of how they are perceived by their customers and how they can help them with any issues that may arise. So implementing something like quality sample management services and other software resources can make a difference in the long run.
The new app and web portal improve transparency and user experience while providing residents, visitors, and businesses easy access to city services. By fully integrating with GIS and all City work order systems used by 311, this new CRM will streamline the call intake process and make it easy for 311 Customer Service Agents to identify duplicate requests, find City assets, and quickly field calls. For those individuals who are especially looking for data intelligence solutions for brokers and other related fields, this tool could come in handy for them.

Currently, 311 handles approximately 1,500 service requests per day. Typically, 250 of these requests originate from the web or mobile app. Citizens can now download the newest 311 app from the App Store and Google Play. In this day and age, mobile apps are everywhere, they are used in many different sectors, making it easier for those who rely on their phone. As mobile apps have grown in popularity, statistics have been compiled and people can now learn more about their impact and why they are important, especially in areas such as this in Sacramento.
