FOLSOM, Calif. – Visionary Integration Professionals (VIP), which helps companies and government agencies align the right strategy, people, processes, and technology to improve performance, today announced the appointments of Kelli Schnieder as vice president of commercial solutions and Michele Marshall as vice president of commercial sales. The further build out of the VIP executive team underscores the organization’s strategic growth objectives driven by its proven suite of performance delivery solutions.

Schnieder has held a senior solutions director role at VIP for more than nine years, and has helped to develop and support the commercial practice, which includes such high-demand solutions as software quality & testing and infrastructure services. She brings more than 17 years of IT consulting experience spanning a wide variety of industries. Prior to joining VIP, she held key consulting positions at CGI and Ajilon Consulting, which included hands-on delivery work for Fortune 500 clients. As the vice president of commercial solutions, Schnieder is responsible for VIP’s commercial operations, business development, strategic planning, resource management, and ensuring successful project delivery by the VIP staff.

Marshall, who has served as a senior sales director at VIP since 2012, has played a key role in advancing VIP’s legacy of client success. She brings more than 20 years of solution sales, technology, and project management experience having held leadership roles at banking, retail, and professional services firms. Her vast experience in the technology sector includes business development and management roles at such companies as Taos; EDS, an HP company; and Siemens. As the vice president of commercial sales, Marshall is responsible for leading the commercial division’s business development and account management programs, and building on best practices to ensure performance-driven results.
